We ship all original art with UPS or FeEx.
FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. Shipping for these items will be based on weight:
Bay Photo will NOT accept any exchanges or refunds on prints or framing. If there is a problem with your order please let us know as soon as possible and will work together to come up with a solution. Transaction fees are non-refundable (we can't get around that one), so there will be a minimal fee for cancellations.
